RATES
We only provide site rentals for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
6 Month Rate: May 1st through October 31st - $475.00 Per Month; $2,850.00 Total.
6 Month Rate: November 01-April 30 -$ 425.00 per Month
3 Month Rate: Winter Months only - $ 450.00 per Month
12 Month Rate: $500.00 Per Month with the 12th Month FREE
$500.00 non refundable deposit required to reserve site. 6 month summer prices are based on full payment (less deposit) due by April 1st. (This does not apply to 12 month rate, which is paid monthly, deposit of $ 500.00 is required and applied to last month.
Electricity is billed monthly and is additional.
One vehicle per site, extra vehicle or trailer $ 30.00 per month or $ 2.00 per day
The above prices are based on 2 people per unit; additional guests are $5.00 Per Night. Use of personal washing machine in your unit is $ 10.00 per month
Approval is required for units older than 10 years
